What counts as a document.

Two meters, counted separately, so they never compete with each other.

Bank-line categorisation is unlimited on every plan, subject to fair use. If a month runs long, a top-up pack adds allowance without changing the plan from Starter upward; on Solo the way up is the next tier.

One invoice document
One invoice, receipt or credit note, whatever its page count. A three-page invoice counts once. The entry plan carries 250 a month.
One bank statement
One uploaded statement, whatever its page count or line count. The entry plan carries 20 a month.

What happens if I go over the allowance?
From Starter upward, add a top-up pack (250 invoice docs, 50 bank statements, Combo (250 invoice + 50 bank)) without changing plan. On Solo the way up is the next tier. Uploads pause once the allowance and any top-up are used, so it is worth watching the meter.
How is the allowance counted?
Per calendar month, by documents and statements, never by pages. Bank-line categorisation inside a statement is unlimited on every plan, subject to fair use.
Is there a per-client fee or a per-user fee?
No. Practice plans carry no per-client fee at any tier, no per-seat licence and no minimum licence count. A small practice and a large one on the same volume pay the same.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Annual billing is ten months for twelve on every tier. Switch the cycle with the toggle above to see what each plan costs.
Is VAT added at checkout?
No. Haisem Ltd is not VAT registered, so what is listed is what is charged.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes, from your account. Access runs to the end of the billing period you have paid for.
